We are excited to announce the launch of our new Support Ticket system.

In addition to IRC, email & Steam support, the support ticket system is a great way to get in contact with us. The help you need can now be centralized on UGC's website, which will make things not only easier for you, but also for the admins. To that effect, we strongly recommend the use of this new support system, above other support options, for issues that do not require immediate attention.

You can submit a support ticket as a Leader or as a Player. Team issues should be submitted by a leader when possible.

Submitting a ticket is easy! Preset categories are available to help us track and prioritize new tickets. Tickets will be replied to by admins as soon as possible. You can log back in as a leader or player to view the status of your ticket at any time.

- As a leader, sign in using your Team Owner Login. Select League Support > Support Tickets

- As a player, Sign in through Steam. Select League Support > Support Tickets

Funny how something can look awesome but leave everyone hoping that they never need to use it :)
