Match Play and Scoring (from Rules page):

1.3.2. CP - Standard Command Point Maps
Examples maps: cp_badlands and cp_granary
Server config: "ugc_6v_standard.cfg"

Match Play: Standard Command Point maps are played in 2 halves. Halves will end when either the cap limit of 4 is reached or the 30 min time limit is reached.

Eample:
Round 1: Team A captures all 5 command points 3 times. Team A ends Round 1 3-0.
Round 2: Team B captures all 5 command points 1 time and Team A captures all command points 2 times. Game ends because Team A has scored their 5th TOTAL round win. Team A wins 5-1. Note: In this example the server configs will not stop the match. Teams will need to stop the match on their own.

Scoring: The winning team is the first to score 5 TOTAL round wins, or the highest score after 2 halves. Each round won by a team counts as 1 point. Note: If the 5th total round win is reached before the 2nd 30 minute time limit is reached, the match is considered finished. The server configs cannot track the cumulative score across 2 halves and teams will need to stop the match on their own.
Overtime(All Weeks except Grand Final Week): If after 2 halves the scores are tied at 1-1, 2-2, 3-3 or 4-4 a third full round is to be played. The Overtime round is played just like a normal round except that the first team to capture all of the command points wins the match. If neither team manages to capture all of the command points during the 30 min time limit, a special "sudden death" round is played. During this round, players are not allowed to leave spawn after death and the first team to captures all points or eliminates all of the enemy players wins the match.
Overtime(Golden Cap: Grand Finals Week Only): If after 2 halves the scores are tied at 1-1, 2-2, or 3-3 a third full round is to be played. This Overtime round is played with a 10 minute time limit. The first team to capture all of the command points or the team that has possession of the middle capture point at the end of 10 minutes wins the match round.
Possible Scores are (5-0, 5-1, 5-2, 5-3, 5-4, 4-0, 4-1, 4-2, 4-3, 3-0, 3-1, 3-2, 2-0, 2-1, 1-0).

Server commands:
1. Authenticate to your server with rcon_password ( rcon_password insertpasswordhere )
2. Execute ugc_6v_standard.cfg from the command line ( rcon exec ugc_6v_standard.cfg )
3. Reload the map. This is necessary for Source TV to start recording ( rcon changelevel cp_derecho_b4.bsp)

Scheduling a UGC server: We have a brand new bank of servers given to us by GameServers. Leaders can reserve one for their match by following the instructions in their leader panel under the Match Details section.

I have a quick question which might sound stupid but I'll just go ahead with it.

When I reload the map, and STV records, and at the end I use the command ugc_off , where does this recording go to? I have looked at a few folders in my server's folders and I was not able to locate anything. I use NFOservers if that helps in finding it.

I'll also throw out a stupid question...
Where should I go to request division changes? I've tried email and have got nothing in return, and the 6v6 admin has a full friend list

If you are the Leader with the Leader login, you might be able to change it still on the main page of it. Lower right hand side of the page I believe.

Team Division placement is by Admin Only at this time.

Ive dont purty much everything I couldve done to contact an admin as well

Oh nice thanks, I found them. They have really long file names.

Can I rename them or will that mess the file up or I won't be able to look at it anymore?

Map is broken, shutter downs close then stay closed. Happened every single time we rolled out, GG UGC, did you even play the map before you put it into the rotation? Doesn't matter, rhetorical question.

NO it's not "Brick do you ever stop?" Do you guys even realize that the map is broken? Did you even test it out?

To rephrase , " hey brick I know I can't respond to your points so I'm going to ignore them and make fun of you instead of even attempting to be constructive".



I'm not a huge fan of the map . 1-3 people could be trapped because a door decides to lock on rollout , should be easy to spot it's a shudder going to 2nd from 1st.


Too many chokes . And the chokes are giant , not sure if they're chokes ? Maybe lessen size of it. And with size I felt like this map was way too big to cover 12 people.

Capping areas . You can cap on the house at mid, you can cap 10 meters from it . Same for 2nd , you can cap behind the fence . And last has a huge range too. They look like they had borders but then were completely chopped off, making it pretty silly to see people capping it from .

Last , last . The elevation above point is super weird . It's like a pit but inside the pit is last point . Kinda hard to make use of the elevation. And again the multiple ways into last is a bit much .



Overall it seems like a weird version of badlands , even if all the issues I listed were fix I feel like the map would still need a decrease in size and I think there would still be a few root problems remaining from it .
